It was Monday morning and I was tired.
Though my eyesight was even better than ever today, it was still hard to read the text on the projector screen.
I have difficulty believing that I need to know this, given that I’ll likely be leaving for the job that I actually want before really using anything I learn.
It was boring.
And, finally, and most significantly:
My mind kept making its way back to thinking about spanking Carla Gugino.
It was kind of like a Zen koan: What is the sound of one hand clapping…against Carla Gugino’s ass?
Seriously, pay attention to the ins and outs of a telecom ticketing system vs. smacking the ever-so smackable bottom of the lovely and talented Ms. Gugino: which do you think is going to win out?
I’m sure that I’ll pay for my inability to concentrate, but I’m also certain that once I’ve started using the system I’ll pick it up quickly.
Seriously, the odds of me failing to figure out how to use a ticketing system are probably roughly equal to the odds of me ever actually having the opportunity to spank Carla Gugino, so it all evens out in the end (so to speak).
Anyway, that was my day. Apart from getting even more annoyed by the old doofus and his inanity, nothing else of any significance whatsoever happened.
Tomorrow will be more of the same, though hopefully(?) without any more distracting thoughts.
