"Superman Returns" Pics

If you look at picture 11 you'll note that they're actually acknowledging the little-noticed fact that in the original "Superman" movie, Martha Kent actually survived. It was only Jonathan who'd died. Looks like she found herself a new man in this movie, which is apparently meant to be a sequel to "Superman II," with it being understood that III and IV never actually happened.
I have no idea what's going on in the first picture. It looks like a shot from on the set of some kind of gay porn sci-fi movie.
I pretty much have zero interest in seeing this movie. The costume looks retarded, what I've heard about the script offends me, and the fact that it's at all related to the original movies and not a totally fresh start like "Batman Begins" irritates me.
Based on the first two "X-Men" movies, I had hoped that I could expect more from director Brian Singer, but so far I'm disappointed in him.
Still, it will almost have to be better than the long-abandoned Tim Burton/Nicholas Cage abomination would have been.
