Overall it seems to be sort of Jackson Pollock by way of Frank Miller/Lynn Varley, with maybe a little Bill Sienkiewicz thrown in for good measure.
Anyway, I closed my eyes, I saw it, and I decided to try to recreate it.
Make of it what you will.
FWIW, I see it as being red spray paint, not blood.

Maybe this is your brain's equivalent of the comic book :choke:? It knew you couldn't shriek out loud, so you got it in writing, albeit disturbing writing.
