Given that they often sell for the same price, which is the better value, a package of regular Oreos, or a package of Double Stuff Oreos? (Show your work)
I have to say that this depends highly on your preference for brown chalk versus sugary lard. Those of us that prefer the cookie-like substance surrounding the congealed confection opt for a package of Regular Stuf Oreo. Those of us that enjoy the extra heart-stopping benefits of sweet fat opt for a package of Double Stuf Oreo.
The math is pretty simple. Both packages weigh the same. Regular Stuf oreo has a higher faux-chocolate puck to white paste ratio given equal measurements of Regular to Double Stuf. Thus, Double Stuf has a higher paste to puck ratio.
Personally, I'd go with Double Stuf. I can't get enough of that artery-clogging goodness!
