This is a picture of the DC Comics character Soranik Natu, the Green Lantern of the planet Korugar.
Why did I draw a picture of her? Why not?
She's one of the characters that's come out of the new Green Lantern Corps series that I really like (and not just because of the big red cleavage, though that is a plus).
She's an interesting character with an interesting heritage, as one of the previous Green Lantern's from her home planet of used his ring to subjugate the people of his assigned sector and was the first Green Lantern to ever go rogue, the evil Sinestro.
(The name should have been a dead giveaway. I mean, when you're named "Sinestro," what other option is there than to be evil?)
After Sinestro's defeat, the Green Lanterns weren't exactly the most popular group on Korugar, given the treatment they'd received by the last one they had. Sinestro's successor, Katma Tui, though noble was reviled for being part of the Corps.
So when Soranik Natu was selected to join, she was less than thrilled - until she learned how useful her power ring could be in her career as a neurosurgeon.
Anyway, here's the picture. Make of it what you will.

I like it. She is sporting some Power Girl level breastses. I'm impressed with the line of action you captured. This shot is a bit more active than your usual portraits.
