Umm...No I Can't

When I saw this I couldn't help but be reminded of that joke about the guy who asks the doctor, in reference to his recovery from an illness/injury, "Will I be able to play the piano?"
The doctor says, "Of course!"
The man responds, "Well I couldn't before."
