Of course, the odds are it was sent using a computer running Linux and a Linux e-mail client, so it just goes to show that even the Linux experts can't figure out how to get it to work...

Try forwarding it to another email address, like gmail or hotmail. I had to forward mine to my student email before the certificate would show up as an attachment. I think RedHat is embedding a PDF file, which is causing your default email a little bit of a problem.
