At 7,363 words, my novel is about a thousand words short of where it should be, thanks to some serious procrastination yesterday.
I wrote some interesting passages today, and I'm finding myself very interested in seeing how my protagonist is developing.
I hadn't really given her too much thought going into it because her role is primarily to serve as a focal point around whom the action happen.
In any case, my work week is nearly upon me, so I thought I'd just crank out a quick update.
